From the First Yarn Stage to Final Dispatch

Each custom sock passes through an established set of stages, beginning with yarn preparation and moving through knitting, linking, boarding, inspection, packing and delivery.

We structure production so that the manufacturing stages stay clear and traceable, from the preparation of materials to the finished socks.

01 — Yarn Rewinding

Preparing Yarn for Production

Before knitting, the yarn is rewound and prepared in line with the production order. This step helps confirm the yarn is ready for the required machine setup, yarn type and production parameters.

02 — Knitting

Sock Knitting

Using the prepared yarn, sock bodies are knitted to the approved design, size, yarn specification and construction requirements, with production settings configured for each order.

03 — Linking

Toe Linking

The knitted sock is processed through the toe-linking stage to close and form the toe area. The linking process is carried out according to the construction requirements of the sock.

04 — Boarding

Sock Boarding & Shaping

The boarding process shapes each sock to achieve the intended finished form and size, preparing it for final inspection and packing.

05 — Inspection & Packaging

Finished Product Inspection

Finished socks are checked prior to packing. Depending on the order requirements, inspection can include appearance, workmanship, sizing, labeling and overall product consistency.

06 — Needle Checking

Needle Detection / Checking

Finished products are passed through the needle-detection/checking stage before shipment according to the applicable production requirements.

07 — Carton Packing

Carton Packing

Once approved, products are folded, labeled and packed in line with the customer's packing instructions and the production order. Carton quantities and shipping marks follow the applicable order requirements.

08 — Loading & Delivery

Loading & Delivery

According to the customer's delivery requirements, packed cartons are prepared for loading and shipment, and shipping quantities and carton data are checked against the production order before dispatch.
